Shipping & Returns

All standard product orders that are received by 3:00 pm ET (Eastern Time) will be shipped the same day unless notified. Any orders received after 3:00 pm (ET). Will be shipped the following business day.  All orders placed with Eware Technologies will receive an order confirmation sent via e-mail.  All customers with questions are encouraged to contact us. Our customer service representatives are available Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm ET.    We are subject to UPS, FedEx, and USPS shipping schedules. Contact us or UPS/FedEx/USPS directly during holidays to get information about shipping schedules. Customers will be contacted if there will be a shipping delay.

Refund Policy:
We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a refund or exchange within 30 days of the original purchase date. Unfortunately, after 30 days have passed, we will not be able to offer a refund or exchange. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method, excluding any shipping charges. In the event of a defect or error on our part, we will provide a full refund, including shipping costs.

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges:
To qualify for a refund or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  1. The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.

  2. The item must be returned in its original packaging.

  3. Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is required.


Return Process:
Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via email of its status:

If approved, your refund will be processed, and the credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a specific number of days. Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date of delivery.
If rejected, the item will be sent back to you, and you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.


Exchanges:

If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the same return process with in 30 days of delivery. Once the original item is received and inspected, the replacement item will be shipped.

Restocking Fee:
A restocking fee of 10% - 15% will be applied to any returns where the reason for return is not due to an error on our part.

Damage or Lost Claims:
Claims for lost or damaged items must be submitted within 5 days of delivery. Failure to report within this timeframe may result in a denial of your claim.

Orders shipped outside of the USA and Canada may be charged a minimum of $5.00 handling fee.

Eware Technologies reserves the right to ship from other locations if necessary. The customer will be notified if a shipping change takes place. 

After you place your order, you will immediately receive an order confirmation. Please double-check your order for accuracy. Our Same Day Shipping Policy leaves little time to correct ordering errors. If you find an error with your order, please contact our customer service department immediately.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail notifying you that the order status has changed. Click on the link within the e-mail to quickly access tracking information and a tracking number for your shipment.

International Orders Please Read:

Please be aware that there may be extra charges (taxes, duty) included by the shipping carrier before the order is delivered. The customers are responsible for all of these charges.

Please note: For quicker delivery of your order, we will ship from multiple locations when possible. Shipping from multiple locations sometimes causes a delay in tracking information which will occasionally result in your order status being updated without tracking information. Rest assured it is on its way. If you ever have any questions or need more detailed information about your shipment, please contact customer service.


 

Non-Returnable Items:

Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" at the time of purchase.
Software, downloadable products, or any items where the seal has been broken.
Damaged items due to misuse, abuse, or improper handling after delivery.
